Name & Phone Number – to identify and contact you about your booking.
Service, Barber, Date & Time – to schedule and manage your appointment.
Technical data (e.g. IP address) – automatically collected by our hosting provider (Google Firebase) for security and reliability.
Admin login (email & UID) – for secure admin panel access.

3. How We Use Your Data

Manage and confirm bookings you request.
Prevent duplicate or fraudulent bookings.
Assign the correct barber and service.
Maintain site security and reliability.

We do not sell your data.

4. Legal Bases

Contract – to provide the booking you request.
Legitimate interests – booking integrity and security.
Consent – for optional cookies/preferences (if used).

5. Storage & Retention

Your data is stored securely in Google Firebase (in EU/compliant regions). Retention:

Booking details: deleted 6 months after the appointment.
Duplicate booking prevention records: removed after the booking date.
Admin data: kept only while the person remains an authorized admin.

Correct inaccuracies,
Request deletion (“right to be forgotten”),
Object to certain processing,
Request portability.

7. Sharing with Google
